I’ve been playing a lot of Battlefield V, and last night after a few hours of playing the game, I realized I could do it all over again. Because what I remembered about the game from the past is that it was a lot of shooting and killing and a lot of killing and more shooting. However, this time I was playing with a friend who was playing the game alone, and we were fighting on two sides of a wall. In Battlefield V, you can jump into the middle of a battle just as well as you can in a traditional multiplayer game. You can shoot and take cover, you can charge into melee with your friends, or you can just sit in a corner and take out the enemy. But the difference is that instead of just running at enemies, you get to play as a character that you can customize. There are a number of different character strengths and weaknesses, and one of the most important is that you need to get used to a certain kind of player. So while there are dozens of guns, it’s important to understand which guns are the best for the situation. In the same way that you need to be able to shoot from a distance and hit targets at close range, you also need to be able to shoot your enemies, and that’s where all the customization comes in.įirst of all, there are a lot of different weapon types in iPhone XS Max, and only so many different ways to customize them. But there is one thing that everyone should understand: the importance of “weapon type”. Weapons are basically things you can use to hurt or kill your enemy. The game is so loaded with weapon customization options that if you want some, you’ll need to play the whole thing. That’s because this is one of the few games where you can actually play with multiple weapons at the same time. We’re talking about the game’s “POV”, or perspective, which is essentially how you see your character and shoot them.Ī good shooter’s POV is determined by how you’re looking at the weapon. This is not to say that every game will have a certain way you see your character and shoot them. But from the few examples I’ve seen of the genre, what I’m talking about is mostly a matter of perspective. If you cant shoot with a gun, you cant shoot with a weapon. The weapon you use is determined by what you see. A sniper rifle will usually be a weapon you can see in the game. An assault rifle is a weapon that you can see, but its not always obvious where. You will end up shooting with a weapon that is not your weapon but you cant see what it is. This is one of the key problems with shooting games. The way they are designed is to be the most effective weapon the game allows. If you shoot with a machine gun, you are essentially shooting a gun. If you shoot a shotgun, you are shooting ammo. If you are a sniper rifle, you can see the bullets, but you can also see how far they should be from your target. While the game may have been written for console players, it is still designed for the iPhone. What I mean is the game is not only designed to be played in landscape mode, it is designed to be played with a wide field of view. This means that if you are a player in a large room, you will never see what you are shooting at.
